    Printed Extra Shipping Label
                     

    I forgot to include insurance and had to print a new label. I initially was able to get through the customer service via phone and was told I would be refunded. That has yet to happen and their automated system won't let me through to a person. What can I do? How can I get through to a person or a callback?

    You have 5 days to void the shipping label.
    Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
    It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
