Print Shipping Label button inoperative for eBay return
"Print Shipping Label" button in eBay message inoperative and only shows return status; rather than shipping label with an address and tracking#. How can I reach eBay to send a PDF of this shipping label like they did earlier due to eBay website incompatibility with some browsers?

Mentor3 years agoAt the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
