Print return label
started refund process. it has been okayed to return item. I hit print label and this is the message: Something went wrong. It is not you. Please try again.

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account, then print the label using the link from the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose "open in a private or incognito browser tab".
