Print ESE Directly
I am using a brother MFC-J4335DW, and when you load envelopes you have to load them vertically in the tray so when I go to print the label on the envelope it is always printing the opposite way. I have tried changing it to landscape but still no change, and when I increase size half of label no longer shows up. Printing envelopes through Microsoft word I have no issues.

Mentor3 years agoAfraid ebay never formatted the ESE label for envelopes or label printers. However, you should be able to get this to work for the envelope, as others have done.
Try this:
Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader. Or save the file to open later in Adobe for testing.
When the print preview opens, make sure Adobe has properly loaded the page size from the printer. Then try manipulating the settings to get the label to fill out page size outline.
I do not use ESE so have no file to test with. However, if the above doesn't work, there may be other workarounds, if you want to send me a file to play with. If so, private message me and I'll send you a place to send it, or post it for me to down load. You can of course block out any private info just otherwise leave the file in tact.

OP3 years agoI appreciate the help, I will just continue to use labels. Requires some cutting but I dont sell enough to worry about it. I just thought there would be a simple solution that Ebay already created to print on envelopes. Thanks!

Mentor3 years agoHopefully ebay will eventually add more functionality to ESE printing. However, the workaround is simple and straight forward, once you figure out what settings work for your printer.
