Print a return label

I am going to send an item back to a seller that has approved the return.

I received a notice the return was accepted and they have sent me a return label BUT the label never shows for me to print it.

Can someone tell me how to get to PRINT LABEL.

I see the big blue button BUT a return label doesn't show up. Each time I click through the steps it just comes back with the return and a tracking number but the label doesn't come up.
