Pricing
Should a seller be bound to the price that he post an item for? They have time to review it and once it is posted, they should have to sell it for that price. JK computers told me that they made a mistake and would not sell me the part for the price that they listed it at. Then they turned around and raise the price almost 300%.

Mentor3 years agoebay cannot force buyer to pay, nor can ebay force a seller to ship. The best that is going to happen is a full refund. If the seller fully refunds you for their mistake, the reason they select should be Out of stock. That will record a defect on their selling account. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended.
