Prices
I Google something and can get it for $20 then look on eBay for the same exact thing, and it's $40 + shipping ..that is ridiculous...eBay used to be a great place to get things for less...now it's expensive ..almost to where I don't wanna shop eBay ...if it keeps getting worse most likely I plan on going elsewhere...hope everyone else thinks the same ..I have been buying here for many years but in the last couple prices are being gouged....why?

You'll find items on eBay that cost more than average, less than average, and about average. No matter where you shop, it's best to shop around before you make a purchase.
Not every seller is able to obtain what he is selling at the same pricing. Price gouging is when a seller takes advantage of the disadvantage of others by charging exorbitant prices for necessities during an emergency (think toilet paper and hand sanitizer during COVID or plywood and bottled water needed after a hurricane).
