Price or “Best Offer†sales.
Hello Everyone,
When someone lists an item for sale and after their asking price they also say “Or Best Offerâ€, why can they refuse a “Best Offerâ€? Who holds the seller accountable to actually have to accept a “Best Offerâ€. What are the rules? Please explain how this works.
