Hi, made multiple offers and all were rejected. Contacted seller and agreed on price. He asked me to enter new agreed price as new offer, but system wold not allow for having â€œexceded number of allowed offersâ€¦â€

what can be done?

If you have exceeded the number of maximum offers, ask the seller to set the BIN to the agreed upon price, then purchase.
