Price gouging
On Jan. 31st, I purchased a Stiffel brass pharmacy lamp. THE SELLER CONTACTED ME TO OFFER A REFUND AS THE ITEM WAS BROKEN WHEN PACKING. I ACCEPTED THE OFFER SINCE IT WAS BROKEN. HOWEVER, I SEE THIS MORNING THAT THE EXACT SAME ITEN IS FOR SELL AT A$70.00 HIGHER BUY IT NOW PRICE AND A $10.00 HIGHER SHIPPING COST. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT SELLER, BUT HAVE BEEN BLOCKED. HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT EBAY BUT AM HAVING NO LUCK WITH THE OPYIONS THEY OFFER. PLEADE HELP ME! THANK YOU!!#

This is not an example of price gouging. Price gouging is selling items that are in short supply and needed during an emergency at inflated pricing (such as masks during a worldwide pandemic, bottled water after a devastating earthquake, etc.). Stiffel lamps don't qualify.
However your seller violated the user agreement by not completing your sale, and did it in order to relist at a higher price, lying to you in the bargain. If he used the out of stock/damaged reason for the cancellation, then he already earned a defect on his seller record for this, so there is no reason to contact eBay.
You already left appropriate feedback which will warn potential buyers about how this seller does business.
