Without more info, others can only speculate as to what you might be seeing.
If you care to share the item number, someone else may be able to recreate exactly what you are seeing. The category the item is listed in may be relevant, and your shipping location.
Otherwise, are there any other items in your cart or multiple quantities? Any additional shipping expenses? Sales tax? VAT? Tariffs? Buyer Protection Fees (UK)? Currency conversion?
Is the item a variation listing with price differences? Have you chosen the correct variation?
