Presale items
I have two items that were paid for in February as presale items. I am now receiving the item in July. How do I find the shipping labels to print for these orders.

·3 years agoYou can't list them if you can't have them shipped to your buyer within 30 days.

OP3 years agoEbay says 40 days. My item was removed but others have the same item on presale that I did. I just think it is interesting that mine was taken down but others have.

·3 years agoThey recently changed it to 40 days.
Still, if you wouldn't receive them until July, you shouldn't have sold them in February.

OP3 years agoEverybody is missing my point. I do not have problem with them taking the item. My problem is why are other sellers putting the same item with the same time frame on presale when I was told mine would be removed.

Mentor3 years agoYou can not access the order details after 90 days. You are not supposed to list pre sale items with a lead time of more than 30 days.
I don’t know how you can get the info - the buyer can not send you his address, again because it is outside of the 90 day window.
