PRESALE help
I’ve listed presale items with 2-3day shipping. Buyers have opened item not received cases and they have been approved by eBay because of the 2-3 day shipping, but it states PRESALE in the title and expected time of delivery in the description clearly.
Do I need to list differently to avoid this from happening again?

·1 year agoPre-sale items must be delivered within 40 days of the sale.

Mentor1 year agoYou need to set your handling time sufficiently far in the future to account for the time it takes you to actually receive the item so that you can ship before your handling time expires and so that the buyer can receive the item before the last estimated delivery date passes.
