I bought a presale Congratulations silver eagle. The mint has held up shipping till the 26th of February & raised the price since i won this presale auction. The seller is now threating to cancel & wants more money! I get he's not gonna make as much as he was thinking. But isn't he obligated to fulfill this transaction?

Mentor8 months ago@themadhouse7 Sellers are required by eBay to ship within their stated handling time for all orders, including Presales. The handling time is what is shown in your purchase history and NOT what a seller says in the description.
eBay does not allow sellers to charge more than the stated price on the listing.
However eBay can not make the seller ship, they can only make the seller refund you if the item doesn't arrive by the last estimated delivery date stated in your listing or if it is not as described when it arrives.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules the sellers return policy.
