I bought 3 model horses on Nov 13th 2023. I know it would take a long time to get them. I was ok with that. But now the seller will not respond to emails me about my order. He said they would ship after the Chinese "New Year", back in Feb 2024, But he has not responded since then. What can I do to get my horses or my money back?

OP2 years agothank you for the reply. Looks like I am screwed then. The presale took over a year to bring into stock for shipping. It's really to bad for me, as I have bought other long term presale models from china with no issues. The seller had good feedback, when I made the purchase. I will contact my credit card, but basically I am sol on this.

It is too late for eBay to help - you had 30 days after the estimated delivery, which could not have been more than 40 days from your purchase date.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received. Most cards will help for 180 days.
