Preparing Taxes
How do I get a report of all the transactions I completed in 2023 that includes Total Price, Taxes Collected, Shipping costs, What the item sold for, and the Fees that eBay charged me? I was able to find the "download Report but it does not include fees charged by eBay. HELP!!

Set the transaction types you would like to see, set the date range, and then also look at the link to "customize column headings" to be sure all the info you need is in the report.
eBay transaction reports read bottom-up by date. Here is a transaction report that I downloaded and then reversed the chronological order to make it easier to read top-down. I've isolated a single "order number" sale and have shown how the significant cost columns correlate.
It may take some study to follow costs that appear in various columns. The yellow column for eBay collected sales tax does not apply to a seller's annual tax return, and is informational only.

OP2 years agoThanks for sharing this information. It seems to be what I need but regardless of what buttons I click, pages I view, or hammers I throw, I cannot locate the customizable view option you refer to in your description. Is there a magic button hidden somewhere I need to hunt down and find?

I’ll need to enter eBay costs for each transaction.
