Prepaid Shipping Label won't cover costs to return item
How do I get the seller to cover the entire cost of returning an item that wasn't described? They approved the return and then sent a prepaid USPS label for a fraction of the shipping cost. USPS wants an extra $100 for the oversized box. Seller wants me to take a 50% refund which I don't want. I want a full refund.
