Adding tracking problems with new prepaid shipping system . I combined an order for a customer , but can add the tracking

With the ship with eBay shipping program you can not combine the 2 orders unless they are purchased and paid for together. The buyer would need to add both items to their cart and then make a single payment.

You will not be able to add the tracking to a different order. All you can do is mark it as shipped on the order. The option is in the drop down menu for the item on your orders page.
