Prepaid return label keeps saying "technical error, could not process" can't get help

I am aged, rural and physically challenged. I thought prepaid would come by mail. I cannot find a place to resolve the issue and feel taken advantage of by ebay. I go to town to library to print and get error message repeatedly. HELP!

No, the prepaid shipping label goes to your Returns Request. It is a link you click on to print out the label. If you not have a printer, you can download the QR code to your smart phone, and then show the phone to your post office clerk and they can print out the return label.
