prepaid QR code is coming up unpaid at USPS
Have not used EBay to sell in a very long time. Buyer prepaid shipping and I have a QR code that says “prepaid” when it is scanned by the USPS it comes up unpaid and they will not ship it or let me pay. What am I missing here? They said they have not seen that before.

When that happens, it's a USPS delay.
Usually you can go back in 30 minutes and the QR code works.
You can buy a shipping label at the counter, just be sure to get a receipt with the tracking number
Then, cancel the first label (QR Code), and
Upload the correct tracking
CANCEL LABEL
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

UPLOAD Tracking
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.
TIP: You can't edit or delete the first tracking number, and that is ok. Just add the correct number.
