Prepaid a subscription for 2026 coins to be sent out but to date only received one shipment
Summary: dnkantiques is facing issues with a coin subscription purchased in January 2026, which promised periodic shipments throughout the year. Despite an initial delivery in February, no further shipments have been received, and multiple attempts to communicate with the seller have been largely unresponsive or unhelpful. dnkantiques is seeking a refund for the undelivered coins but finds difficulty in pursuing claims as the eBay system doesn't allow an option for resolving older transactions.
On 01/19/26 I ordered a 2026 quarter subscription for 10 coins. They were to be shipped out to me as the US Mint made them available throughout the year. In February I received the first two coins. No other coins have arrived since then. I have emailed the seller five times since June 10th. Mid June he advised he would "reship" the second coin set. Nothing arrived. I messaged him again on the 24th and again on the the 30th. Later on the 30th he responded and told me he reshipped the second set on the 26th and would sent out the third set of coins on July 1st. I emailed him again on July 9th - no response to date.
I paid the order in full on January 19th. I am interested in a refund for the unshipped balance of the subscription order. I have tried to file an issue with eBay but the "system" does not give me an option for an order this old (the order appears to have been closed when I received my first shipment in February).
Any advice?

How did you pay? You might have success if you file a claim with a credit card or Paypal if you use those to pay.
eBay only allows claims for the first 30 days after delivery.
