Preordered, paid - seller refusing to honor price
Ordered set of coins- pre-order- return window has passed. Seller refusing to honor price or send item that was in the listing and paid for.
Offering me to file a dispute with my credit card company that they "won't dispute"
What are my options?

MentorSep 12, 2026 at 9:07 PM@jhootiebees Sorry you have a bad seller. eBay can not force a seller to complete a sale.
You can report the seller using this form> https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 Suspicious activity> other
Then briefly say what happened in the box. I would include the listing item number.
You have only 30 days from the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history, not the date a seller may mention in the description, to file a not received refund request on eBay.
Sellers are not supposed to list a presale item unless they can ship within 40 days of the date of sale and their handling time is set to 40 days.
If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you will have to file a not received refund request with your funding source. The seller would have been smarter to just refund you because they will also get a much deserved $20 dispute fee.
