premiumwire sells flashlights and is fraud
premiumwire sold me a flashlight. The photo is listed in the ad. It is missing the USB cable and flashlight works poorly. Main problem is the flashlight they sent me does NOT match the flashlight in the ad which makes me believe ebay condones fraudulent sales to be made as long as ebay makes money.

Mentor5 months agoeBay never sees the items listed on the site so they have to rely on the seller to ship what they say they will. However, you are protected by the eBay money back guaranty for 30 days from rec eipt.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the item is returned they have three days to refund you. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
