Pre Shipment Status of Items for Weeks
Hello eBayers have any of you had issues with sellers at the holidays Nov15-Dec24 where the seller will sell you an item but it gets stuck in pre-shipment for weeks? No actual shipment?
They are listing items from Amazon and other sites and don’t have it physically in stock. This is the 3rd Christmas I have been burned this way.

Mentor2 years agoSelling an item and then buying it on another site to fill your order is not allowed. You can report the seller, if you are sure this is what he is doing.
On this page select violated policy - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 then select other. In the box write 'seller bought on amazon to fill my order'.
