PRE-SALE SELLER NEVER DELIVERED & EBAY HAS NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY GIVEN TO THEM

i HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELP FROM EBAY FOR GIVING MY MONEY TO A SELLER FOR A PRE-SALE ITEM IN JUNE 2023 THAT WAS NOT TO BE DELIVERED UNTIL NOVEMBER 0R DECEMBER. NOW THEY JUST IGNORE MY REQUESTS FOR HELP IN GETTING THE MONEY THEY GAVE TO THE SELLER. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE SELLER MULTIPLE TIMES BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED COMPLETELY.

You have waited too long for eBay to help. You needed to open a not received claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history, not whatever date the seller promised. That date could not have been more than about 60 days after your purchase.

It is probably even too late for your credit card issuer to help, but I would still give them a call - they can be a little more flexible on time frames. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not received, if they can still still help.
