Pre paid shipping label and buyer requesting a different address then ebay has listed
I have made a sale and selected a pre-paid label from Ebay. I received a message from the buyer that is requesting to send it to a different address than what Ebay has on file.
What should I do?
Thanks

Mentor8 months ago@ryabr_17 Inform the buyer that you are required by eBay to ship to the address provided at checkout.
If you don't you lose your seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
If you wish you can cancel the sale as problem with the buyers address, refund the buyer, then relist so that the buyer can purchase again and put in the correct address at checkout.
This is how refunds work>>
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.

You also will need to CANCEL the shipping label that you already paid for.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>
