Pre-order never arrived
I'm trying to contact an Ebay agent about an order I placed for an item that was in pre-order from Japan. I never received this item. The pre-order was back in October 2024 and the order was supposed to be shipped in February 2025 when the item was released but I have not received it. I contacted the seller and they said they would send it but no answer in terms of tracking number, or when the package should be expected. I tried contacting Ebay and cannot get any type of help because this is not a "recent" order. How can I get this issue resolved???

Mentor1 year agoSorry this has happened to you. However, pre-orders must be available for shipping within 40 business days of purchase. So this pre-order violated eBay policy and was not caught by the bots. Unfortunately after 90 days from purchase eBay an no longer help you. You can try going to your payment source but help is usually limited to 180 days from payment but this can vary depending on the payment source. Make sure to do this now.
