Pre order item never arrive
This is my 3rd attempt to see if anyone or how can I get help, I bought an item in Feb.18 2023 and it supposed to be released in the 1st Qrt of this year, now is delayed maybe at the end of this year, I told the seller to cancel my pre order after I knew about the delay time but, the seller persist to wait, I waited one more month, then I said no more wait, I want my full refund, and the seller won't send me my money back and is hard get help from eBay because only can help with item no more that 90 days, so what about this pre order items? Anyone can help my to see how can I really contact a real person representative to speak with about this problem? Thanks any help will be appreciated ðŸ‘

Mentor3 years agoFor pre-orders, your seller should not have listed the item unless s/he can ship within 30 days of the ended listing. If you paid with Paypal, file a case with them as they allow up to 180 days from date of sale. If you paid with a credit card, contact your card issuer regarding a charge back.
