Pre-Order item Marked delivered but won't be here for a few months
What should I do if I purchase an item that is pre ordered and does not ship for a few months, but the seller sends me a tracking number for the letter sent to me confirming the pre order? the package is marked delivered but I did not get the item yet. I really do not know what to do.

I think I would open a not as described return - send the letter back and get a refund. Then find a different seller that understands how pre sales work.
It is possible that your seller just doesn’t understand how to handle a presale, but I would be concerned that he is gaming the system by providing tracking that shows delivery.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments describe the letter that you received instead of the item.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
