I can to to the ad page for it but only shows terms and conditions no link for an application or way to apply? Any help be appreciated Thx. From what I can tell, you need to be invited by eBay to participate. They seem to be looking for high-volume 2nd hand fashion business Sellers. I believe that's what the issue is.

This doesn't seem to be a very active program just yet. Ebay recently has rehired a fashion guru, so that might change.
