If Lizenzero tells us we don't need to get a registration number for certain countries, can we trust that? It's based on some questions that don't always apply to us, so I'm worried if I enter the wrong answer, what will happen? I assume the result is skewed, and we might actually have to do it for that country. I'm nervous because there are some big countries that Lizenzero tells us we don't have to do it for (Germany, France, UK). Can eBay tell us whether the average reseller of USED items is usually required in those countries?

I am not familiar with Lizenzero, I did google it.
I do know if you ship using eBay International Shipping you don't need to register to comply with the various EU packaging rules. EIS handles it.
