Ppurchased a 1.5 gram gold nugget
I purchased a gold nugget off of ebay. After I got the nugget it was under weight. Buyer refuse a return.

If the gold nugget is under the stated weight then it would fall under “item not as described”.
Go to your Purchase History
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
Find the order and select Return this item.
Choose the reason item not as described and explain that the nugget weighs less than the listing stated.
When a return is opened for item not as described the seller cannot simply refuse it. eBay will require the seller to either accept the return or refund the order.
If the seller still does not respond or refuses to cooperate, you can ask eBay to step in and help through the return case.

Be sure to include clear photos of the nugget on a scale showing the weight when you open the request. That helps support the claim.
