Potential Scamming Buyer?
Hi all, sorry new to this.
Recently sold some bulk cards, 700+ of them in a big brown box. I packaged and shipped, know there’s no issues, then buyer says they received a bra in syran wrap? Trying to issue return now, how do I go about this? Will eBay side with me? Could usps have done something shady?

Mentor1 week agoIs it possible you accidentally switched shipping labels?
When sellers accidentally switched shipping labels, you need to have each of the buyers go to their Purchase history and click RETURN THIS ITEM because It is Not as Described. When you are notified, you click to agree to the returns. Each buyer is then notified to return the item and a link is sent to them to print out the return shipping label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you relist each of the items, the buyers repurchase, and you reship the item to the correct buyer. If you still need to use QR-codes, give it to the clerk one package at a time.
If this is not the case, ask the buyer to send you photos of the outer packaging, the inner packing, the shipping label, the item. The buyer then files a returns request for an Item Not as Described. You accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. Once you receive the item back, you refund. Then you report the buyer: https://spd.ebay.com/RBASellerHub
