potential scammer buyer
How do I talk with ebay regarding a potential scammer buyer? I have a buyer who has negative reviews stating he's a scammer and not to do business with him, yet I have no way to discuss these reviews with ebay and I'm concerned about sending merchandise. One review states he returned a different item than he received, and one review states the buyer kept items when he returned purchase. Help!

Mentor2 years agoBuyers have not been able to receive neutral or negative feedback since May 2008. If the buyer is receiving positive feedback but with negative words, those sellers are violating ebay policy and can be reported. You might want to contact customer service and see what they suggest.
