Potential Scam Purchase, has anyone seen this before and should I worry

I recently had an item I was selling be purchased without the buyer asking any questions. The item is a rather expensive piece of land surveying equipment. Generally people ask questions about this before wanting to make an offer. This buyer didn't send any messages and just bought it for the list price. ~$1000 I looked into the buyers history and they have no previous history of buying or selling.

I haven't sent shipped the item yet. I'm worried that this is some kind of scam where they either bought it with a stolen credit card, set up an account and eventually come back on me saying the item was broke and want me to return the payment.

Has anyone seen this before or provide some advise? Thanks

Since the item is more than $750, make sure you send the item with Signature Required when the buyer pays, and ebay says to ship.

You are concerned that the buyer has 0 feedback, yet you as a seller has 0 feedback. Aren't you concerned that the buyer might think he might be scammed and not receive what he is paying for?
