Potential Scam and Unsure What To Do

Question

I am selling a book for $40 +shipping to a person who has no reviews and had unlisted their account after purchasing. I never really check the reviews of a buyer out of never having an issue in the past. I also have my settings listed so that when I buy label it marks as shipped. I have a suspicion that this may be a scam and I haven’t shipped the book yet. Any advice on how to navigate this?

@ri-18115 Sorry for the delay in responding, life has been busy.

If the buyer is no longer a registered user I would cancel the sale as problem with buyers address and issue a refund.

If you already purchased a shipping label then you can cancel it>

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Note, eBay Standard Envelope shipping labels can not be canceled
