Potential DDR5 PC RAM scammer -EBAY user aricha93
Anyone else order very low priced Gaming PC Ram recently from this EBAY member ? This person is no longer a member now and I havent received any indication that my purchase has shipped. No tracking. Nothing. Almost definitely a scam. Ive reported the transaction. Interested to see if any other buyers were sent anything. I highly doubt it !!

If we've removed a listing, and you've already bought and paid for the item, we recommend waiting 10 days for it to arrive. If your item hasn't arrived after 10 days, let us know. If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund.
You can try contacting customer service on social media and ask if they can force a refund from the seller sooner or not.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

OP5 months agoUnderstood. The fact that this seller was no longer a member a short time after the listing ended says to me that they have no intention of sending the "item" (not likely they had anything to sell in the 1st place) and I've seen no indication that anything is being shipped. I'm always happy to be wrong tho.

OP5 months agoI messaged seller (waste of time) and also customer service a few days ago. Reply from EBAY was I have to wait til the 24th before EBAY steps in. I'll assume thats because the seller set the 25th as the latest day the item would be received by. No seller response. No tracking # or shipping activity. I cant imagine the seller can be contacted when they no longer have an account anyways. Maybe the message still goes til their personal Email. ? I made EBAY aware that this seller deleted their account days ago

A member cannot close their own account within 60 days of a sale or purchase.
I know it's frustrating to have to wait but you will get a refund.

OP5 months agoOK. Thats news to me. Why would EBAY close their account ? Would be nice if that information was shared with us buyers . Thats rather annoying !! The seller cant reply to me on EBAY once that happens..... unless they are able to reply to my email, which hasnt happened at all. And there is still no indication anything has shipped. No USPS tracking #. But how would I even get the tracking info with their account deleted ?
