potential customer says ebay won't ship to her
A potential customer says she's trying to buy my item, but also states that eBay won't ship to her. I don't know how to help her. Any ideas?

Your current listing is set up to only ship to the US.
If your buyer requirements are set up to block purchases from users with a primary shipping address in a location you do not ship to (any other country), then even if the buyer provides a US shipping address at checkout, the purchase will be blocked.
