I had no trouble adding any of the half dozen of your items I tried to my Watchlist.
Without the error message all anyone can do is take wild guesses.

-Are you registered to receive payments sent to your bank account through eBay when they sell: Getting paid for items you've sold | eBay
-I see 39 items listed for sale, does that sound right?
-I see no Feedback as a Seller for over a year on your Feedback history so you have not sold anything for a while
-I just went through the process to place a bid and other than pressing the blue Bid button it worked fine, pic below. Are Customer saying they can't get past THAT point in the Bidding process?
