Potential Buyer wants me to text them?

I am brand new to selling, not even 2 weeks.

I had two items that show sold over the weekend and I received an email through the seller hub from the potential buyer. She asked me to text her that she had a question on the items before she sent payment? I responded to the email asking what I could answer for her? No response. She still has not paid for the items and now I'm reading that this may be a scam?

I received and email from ebay saying my items were sold but that they have not been paid for and they would send a reminder email? Should I relist the items?

Yes anyone who ask you to text them is try to scam you. After 4 days with no payment cancel the sale due to nonpayment and the buyer receives a strike and your fees will return and you may relist.
