    Potential buyer - possibly lose sale-calculated shipping info way wrong, listing locked
                     

    Hi

    My listing is locked due to offer being received. Calculated shipping is very incorrect and I need to change listing. Is this possible. This is my mistake as a newer reseller. I don't want to lose the sale but shipping showing at $50.56 when actually will be $10.96

    I have to get back to her by 11am est.

    Can someone help me?
