Potential Buyer Issue
Someone messaged me on ebay, Saying when they tried to add an item, they kept getting an error, So I told them I would contact you guys about the issue.

It is difficult to try to diagnose an issue third- or fourth-hand; your buyer may be better off contacting eBay directly for help.
What, exactly, is the buyer trying to do? Which item number is being "added", and to what, exactly? A cart? A watch list? An existing order? Auction, offer, or buy-it-now? How many other items are involved?
What is the error message, exactly? At what point is the error appearing?
If this is a potential combined purchase, are all items from the same seller? Can purchases be made separately, and a shipping refund made after-the-fact? Does the buyer meet all the seller's buyer requirements?
