Potential buyer bid

Question

I have a potential buyer interested in several of my items. We agreed upon prices (from "bid" to "buy it now"), however, she bid already!

I think I understand that once I cancel her bid (s), she cannot re-bid on the same items. Am I correct with this thought??

No, that rule was removed many years ago (and it only applied if s/he rebid without the seller's permission). A bid cancellation does not block the bidder from bidding or buying from you on that or any other listing, and blocking the buyer does not cancel any existing bids/offers/purchases.

You cannot "agree" with a potential buyer on an auction price. The price is set by the second highest bidder, not the highest (except for the narrow range between the exact amount of the underbidder's maximum bid to 1 increment above that the amount of the winner's bid is irrelevant to the price, only to showing who is the winner and who is the underbidder).

The bidder having bid already severely complicates any attempt to set a combined price: you will incur an additional fee for cancelling all bids and ending the auction without a winner, and you cannot revise the Starting Price or Buy It Now price once there has ever been a bid.
