Posting multiple items

Question

I recently sold two items to the same person. I posted them together, but I cannot mark one as sent?How do I get around this?

You should be able to click the 3 dots in the order and use the Mark as shipped. You may not receive that payout for up to 31 days since you do not have tracking that shows Delivered. In the future, when a buyer purchases multiple separate listings, here is how you combine shipping into one package:

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Locate both items. Click the box in front of each one. Click the SHIPPING tab at the top, click to PRINT labels. On the next screen, enter the weight and dimensions of the package, pay and print the label.
