Posting items and not paying fees
Does anyone know how to report someone who is using EBAY’s platform to sell items without paying commissions or fees. The grift is this. One item is posted for sale and shows on opening screen along with several other pictures of same piece. Then he will post another 10-15 items in the remaining picture slots. He tells his customers to contact him regarding piece they have interests in. He then privately sells avoiding EBAY fees. Any thoughts where and how to report this?
