POSTING CONFLICT
I tried to post a completely inert, hollow, empty, metal cylinder with fins on one end. … its government SURPLUS, never was or can be a ‘live bomb’. It’s simply a blue painted ( in the militaryBLUE means it’s a DUMMY round) TRAINING / PRACTICE ‘bomb’ . 42 inches long x 8 inch diameter- sheet metal cylinder/ that’s ALL IT IS.
They were filled with SAND or WATER…. That’s the extent of it.
TWO modified ones are CURRENTLY listed NOW… as “trench artâ€â€¦ mine has been taken down 3 times. it’s the SAME Thing…,
Under the ‘search’ for ‘inert dummy practices bomb’ there are listings by the dozens of FAKE bullets, grenades, artillery shells and casings, and the like.
Why is Ebay so IGNORANT? as to ban my listing… when a simple search shows scores of HARMLESS completely inert practice devices…
it’s crazy.
it’s like saying a WWII Jeep couldn’t be sold EBay motors because it was or could be ‘militarized’… I hate stupid senseless… insanity.

Mentor8 months agoeBay's policy is clear: no artillery shells under any circumstances shall be listed. Not if they are painted blue, not if they are dummy rounds, not if they are practice rounds. Not allowed.
eBay does not want to be in the position of determining which rounds are live or not, so all are prohibited.
