Posting but not using eBay's postage label
I recently sold a large clock and the Post Office wouldn't accept the eBay postage label because it wasn't enough to pay for the postage of the item. To make sure the buyer got it quickly, I sent it by ordinary 2nd class postage which I paid for myself. The buyer has received the clock and left good feedback but I realised I wouldn't get paid until eBay sees notification that it's arrived, which they won't as I didn't use their postage label. I've been round and round in circles trying to contact them but I can't get past the automated system. Does anybody know who to contact them so I can give them this information?
Thanks in advance.

I see you are located in the UK ... you can log out of this site, which is the US Community and log into this one: Overview - eBay Seller Hub
Here in the US Sellers have to manually enter the tracking number if they buy their labels at the carrier's counter.
For labels through eBay that are not used they can Cancel them on this page and get credit within 21 days for the label cost: Track and manage your shipments

You are more than welcome. Have you tried the Help links on the eBay pages? Here in the US Members can request a call back during normal west coast working hours: eBay Customer Service
