Posting after taking long leave of absenxd
I was out of state for a couple of years, unable to take my inventory with me. I put my account on hold and paid my monthly dues the whole time. Now that I am back and ready to resume selling, I am inspecting each item to make sure they are in great condition. I see that the original listing dates remain (appearing to buyers that my items were listed this whole time but have not sold). This will seem as if they are not selling for bad reasons such as issues, being outdated, damaged or overpriced, whatever. I just got a notice from eBay that I should consider lowering my prices since nothing has sold (during the time I had my account on hold and couldn't be sold). How do I get around this? Can I change the starting date? If so, do I jave to do that manually for each item and literally take all of the info and pictures down, reload all of it as if they are all new listings? I had almost 100 items then and will be adding about 1,000 more (gradually). The original postings were already accounted for with limits on how much I could list per month. Would I need to forfeitthat and start from scratch? Thank you!
