Posting a video through messages.

Question

A potential buyer would like for me to post a video of a rotating sign. I cannot. I've tried and exhausted all avenues to post this video.

When I was finally able to move it to a file I "posted" a still photo. So. I'm back to square 1

Can I ask the buyer for his email address?

@kathyskollectables what i said is all listing allow us to post videos, so that is how the buyer can see the video. yes, edit the listing and add the video. i don't know what 'posy a video' means.

@kathyskollectables r u referring to posting a video on the listing, bc that's been happening for awhile now. is it not working 4 u?

and no, we are not suppose to communicate outside of ebay messages, unless it pertains to a situation with a sale where for some reason, the ebay messaging system is not working, besides, u may be setting yourself up for a scam
