Posted item still not showing up.
It has now definitely been over 24 hours by about 20 minutes-item still isn’t showing up.
Any help is much appreciated!

The listing does look good, it's just still waiting it's turn in the queue for some reason. It could be that the servers are back upped.
Listings can take about 24 -30 hours before they can be searched for on the site. The first few listings are the slowest to index to the site, after that it's usually much quicker.
If you still do not see your listing in search after 30 hours contact eBay customer service and have them take a look at your listing.
